Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and luxury boxing are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to the Atelier

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit back to our studio.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned products, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
